Delivery and return of products

You can make an order by clicking on the picture, then completing the order form, or by phone. After your order, you will receive an order confirmation of the stock availability of the products and the proforma invoice in which you will have detailed the ordered products and your personal data.
Orders are confirmation by phone, impossible to confirm by phone or in writing within 3 days. We reserve the right to cancel the order. If you notice an error in your order you will need to contact us immediately. If this does not happen, we understand that you accept the order details (prices, products, delivery or billing data, etc.) as they are written.
Accepting an order on our part occurs when you are notified by e-mail that the courier company has taken over the package.
Rejecting an Order
To decline an order, you will be notified by email of the reason for the refusal.
We will be able to decline your order if:
- we do not have the ordered product on stock
- the order has not been confirmed within 3 days
- your payment has not been finalized in the case of bank transfer payment.
- was a product price or product error
- you are not eligible to place an order (you are under legal age, have previously made orders that you have not issued, etc.)
We wish you to be fully satisfied when you buy products from us. If you are not happy with the products you buy, you can return them and we will return the value of your order. The Romanian legislation provides: The consumer has the right to notify in writing the trader that he / she gives up the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product.
Startdecor.ro customers can return the purchased products within 10 business days of receipt without penalty and without any reason. Product returns will be made at the expense of the customer, using the same shipment service as the shipment. Startdecor.ro will return the order value within 30 days from the date of written termination of the contract.
The return amount and the return conditions do not include transport costs.
Returning products is mandatory AFTER YOU HAVE NOTIFIED YOU IN PREVIOUSLY. We reserve the right not to accept the return of parcels without prior written notice.
Using any courier other than the one that was used to ship your products initially involves accepting your return expenses.
"Customers" or "Consumers" are ONLY PHYSICAL PERSONS. Customers with legal personality do not have the right to unilaterally denounce the contract, legislation in the field only referring to individuals.
